Double block and bleed ball valve
We can provide floating ball valves which are equipped with two balls in one body. The series can be designed in three-piece, long or short patterns to satisfy the different installation requirements. DBB compact manifold ball valve design reduces the weight and space compared with installing two conventional valves when it achieves safer application. These valves are usually applied in the marine and offshore industries.

Size Range: 2"-24" (DN50-DN600)
Pressure Rating: ASME CLASS 150-2500 (PN16-PN420)
Body Material: Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Alloy steel, Duplex stainless steel, etc.
End Connection: FLAN (RF, RTJ), etc.
Operation: Manual, Pneumatic, Electric, Hydraulic, etc.
Fire Safe Design: Yes
Double Block and Bleed Design:
Each ball seat shut off the line fluid independently on the upstream and downstream sides, allowing double block operation. When the pressure is simultaneously applied to both sides of the ball in the closed position, the valve bore and the body cavity will be isolated from each other, and the residue within the body cavity can be released through the drain plug.
Applications and Benefits:
DBB (Double Block and Bleed) valves save space, reduce the need for costly multivalve systems, and provide zero leakage capabilities from upstream to downstream.
They can be used in a variety of applications and markets, such as LNG, petrochemical, transmission and storage, natural gas industrial processes, mainline and manifold valves in liquid pipelines, and refined products transmission lines.
